Trailer Bed Twistlock is a key device used to fix containers and semi-trailers, ensuring the stability of containers during transportation through mechanical locking. 

Composition: It is composed of a lock head (mushroom-shaped), a lock core, a rotating handle and a base. The material is mostly forged steel or cast steel, and the surface is galvanized for rust prevention.our trailer twist locks feature a safety factor of 2:1 (meeting ISO 1496-2 and AAR M-916 standards). The dual-locking cam mechanism ensures secure engagement with container corner castings, eliminating risks of accidental detachment during high-speed transit or sharp maneuvering, providing unmatched reliability for heavy-duty logistics operations.​

Load-bearing capacity: Maximum tension 500kN, shear force 420kN, pressure 2000kN. The load-bearing capacity of a single lock can reach 30 tons.
