The container door panel is the openable part at the rear end of the container, used for loading and unloading goods, while providing sealing and safety. The design of the door panel directly affects the convenience of use and protective capacity of the container

The door panels of the shipping container are made of ISO Corten Steel.

Standard size is 943*1952mm,943*2252mm(length * height), the standard thickness of the door plate is 2.0mm, 2 pieces are used for each container.

Structure:Double-layer corrugated plate  Enhances compressive strength and prevents deformation.

Door frame reinforcing ribs: Reinforced with square steel or channel steel to enhance overall strength.

Sealing rubber strips: The edge of the door panel is equipped with EPDM rubber sealing strips to ensure water and dust resistance.

Key component

(1) Door Lock Device Lock Rod: It runs vertically through the door panel and connects to the Door Locking Handle to ensure that the door panel is tightly closed.

Locking Cam: It cooperates with the Locking Cone on the box to prevent accidental opening during transportation.

Customs lead seal hole: Used for applying lead seals to ensure the safety of goods.

(2) Hinges are made of heavy-duty steel hinges. A single door is usually equipped with 4 to 6 hinges to ensure durability.

Some containers use detachable hinges for convenient maintenance or replacement of door panels.

(3) Sealing system EPDM rubber sealing strip: Strong weather resistance, preventing rainwater and dust from entering.

Drainage trough: Drainage holes are designed at the bottom of the door panel to prevent water accumulation and corrosion.
