The Bottom Cross Member of the container is the core load-bearing component of the container underframe. It connects the bottom and side beams on both sides laterally, directly supports the bottom plate and transfers the cargo load to the entire container structure. Its performance directly affects the load-bearing capacity, bending stiffness and service life of the container
The two standard sizes of the cross member are 4.0*45*122*45*2400mm and 4.0*80*122*45*2400mm with thickness of 4.0mm.

C-shaped cross-section crossbeam
Traditional structure: It is formed by stamping with 4mm/4.5mm thick weathering steel (such as Corten A or Q235), with a C-shaped cross-section. The standard size is 4.0×45×122×45×2350mm (thickness × width of upper flange × height of web × width of lower flange × length)
