Composition: It is composed of a lock shell made of cast steel or forged steel, a mushroom-shaped lock head, a rotating shaft and driving components (such as cables and handles), and the surface is usually hot-dip galvanized for rust prevention.
Locking mechanism:
During loading: The quay crane lifts the container to the height of the human arm, and the worker inserts the twist lock into the bottom corner hole of the container from below. When the container is aligned with the base or the corner hole of the upper container and lowered, the gravity triggers the automatic device to rotate the lock head (90° or 70°) to complete the locking.
When unloading the container: Use the operating lever to pull out the lock pin to unlock, and then lift the container away.
Bearing capacity:Minimum breaking tension 500kN, safe load capacity 200kN, and a single lock can bear 30 tons. suitable for 20ft/40ft/45ft containers, available in two angles of 45° and 55°.
Surface treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing enhances corrosion resistance and is suitable for Marine environments
Application scenario:
Marine vessels: Stacking containers on fixed decks or canopies to prevent jolting and displacement. Multimodal transport: Adapted to road and railway transfer, achieving standardized operation
