Base Material: Crafted from high-strength carbon steel (Grade 1008 or 1010) with a minimum yield strength of 250MPa, or corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel for marine environments. Thickness ranges from 3mm to 8mm to accommodate varying load requirements.​
Profile: Circular or rectangular plate with a central bore (diameter: 185mm to fit ISO container corner fitting bolts) and reinforced perimeter flange (15mm width, 2mm raised edge) to maximize load distribution. Surface finish includes a micro-textured pattern (Ra ≤ 16μm) to enhance grip.​
Edge Treatment: Deburred and chamfered (3mm × 45°) edges to prevent stress concentrations and facilitate easy installation, compliant with ISO 668 corner fitting dimensions.
